Radmore & Tucker is truly outstanding! I was on the hunt for a new deck for my ride-on lawn mower and stumbled upon them online. I reached out to get some clarification on what I required and got some really useful guidance. After placing my order, I was blown away by how fast it arrived.

"My Journey with Radmore and Tucker..."
My journey with Radmore and Tucker has been seriously affected by their choice of a really poor delivery service. Even though they claim to deliver to Northern Ireland, it’s taken over a week for my items to arrive (and I’m still waiting). We did mess up the delivery address at first, but that was fixed right away, yet FOUR promised delivery dates have come and gone with nothing showing up. The very helpful lady at R&T keeps following up, but it’s frustrating.
It’d be easy to just point fingers at the courier, but Radmore and Tucker chose to work with them, and we customers are the ones paying the price. They’ve got my £1200, but I’ve got no items and no clear date for when they might show up.
UPDATE...
It’s even worse than I thought... Just got an email from Radmore and Tucker saying the courier company pulled it from delivery due to incorrect address info. Radmore and Tucker assured me, at least three times, that they were in touch with the courier and that delivery would happen that day - THREE TIMES.
I’ve definitely been misled, lied to, or just brushed off on at least three occasions this past week. And yes, they still have my £1200, I still have no items, and there’s no sign or intention to deliver. Totally unacceptable.
FURTHER UPDATE
The goods were sent back from Northern Ireland to Radmore and Tucker by DX Couriers. Manager Amy promised to resend them right away with DPD, and they finally arrived safely today. Big thanks to Amy and Nicole for sticking with it! Here’s hoping they’ll stick with couriers that actually do their job - deliver items.

"Price Hikes and Disappointment"
Same old story as others - sharp practice! I ordered a couple of items and was informed that one wasn’t ready to ship for a few weeks. I went along with it, thinking the item that was available would be held for me. After a few weeks, I followed up as planned, only to find out both had already been sent out. I thought, great, but then days passed with no delivery. So, I requested a refund, which came through quickly. Out of curiosity, I inquired about when the items would be back in stock. Turns out, the one I had waited for is now available, but the other one isn’t, and to top it off, everything now costs 50% more. Just lovely!!🤦♂️

"Lawn Mower Acquisition"
I had plenty of back-and-forth with Amy, who was super helpful. I was asking about a lawn mower they had available. I placed my order on Tuesday, and it arrived at my place, about 400 miles away, by Thursday. The delivery driver was also really nice, helping me get it to my shed. I've unpacked and put it together, and I gave it a quick test run - everything's good. Fitting the handles would be simpler with a buddy - it was a bit tricky doing it solo. I can't say enough good things about the service I received - just fabulous!

"Reliable Supplier for Arborists"
Radmore Tucker has provided excellent service, with quick and friendly communication. A special shoutout to Amy for assisting me with my order issues and whatnot.
Unfortunately, their chosen courier isn’t quite up to par - they once misplaced a chainsaw bar and took 3 days longer than expected to pick up a chainsaw that was under warranty repair.
I’m definitely sticking with RT for my Arborist needs.

I’m really happy with the entire experience of buying a Stihl leaf blower from Radmore & Tucker Ltd. I placed my order on Friday, and it showed up Monday morning. The carrier kept me in the loop with great communication all along the way.

"Affordable Prices, Disappointing Delivery Service"
Prices are great and ordering was a breeze. The items arrived in good shape.
But here's the kicker: they advertise 'next day delivery' all over their site. That was a big reason I made the purchase; not that I *had* to have it the next day, but I figured I knew exactly when it would show up. It wasn't until 1:20 PM the next day that I found out my order would actually come the day after; so I ended up waiting two days instead of one.
I’m not sure if the issue was with R&T or the delivery service, but my contract is with R&T, so that’s who I reached out to. After sending them an email, I got a half-hearted apology, acknowledging that they sometimes run into problems.
I just don’t get why I couldn’t have been informed right away on the supposed delivery day that it would be delayed. Some companies nail 'next day delivery' without a hitch. R&T, on the other hand, might want to rethink how they handle their 'next day' claims.

"Customer support is non-existent."
You can really tell a company’s worth by how they handle customer support. In this case, it’s just not there. I purchased a combi hedge cutter attachment, and it’s failed while still under warranty. I’ve reached out five times to these folks and haven’t heard a peep back—that’s been 28 days with no response. They seem more focused on taking your cash than fulfilling their legal duties, basically ignoring the law.
How can a business have glowing reviews but never pick up the phone or respond to emails? Are those reviews even legit? I’m stuck having to fix this myself, which means I’ll have to take them to court to get my money back. This will surely cost them more than the repair, all because they can’t be bothered to sort it out.
To sum it up, steer clear of these guys; they don’t care about after-sales support. All they want is your cash.
Reply to Radmoretucker: I’ve sent you four emails and made a phone call over the past 29 days to your email address, and I’m still waiting for a response that never came. So why do you claim to reply in 24 hours when it’s clear you don’t? I’m still waiting 29 days later!

I've made purchases on two different occasions from this business, and the service has been top-notch from the ordering stage all the way to delivery. The communication was outstanding, and best of all, they showed up right when they said they would. I would surely use them again and suggest this company to others. Thanks for a great experience!

"Definitely Recommend"
I just made my first order with Radmore and Tucker, and I gotta say, I’m super impressed with how they handle things. I placed my order on Monday, and the product showed up free of charge the very next day around lunchtime!
And let me tell you, their customer service is top-notch! I chatted with Amy, who was fantastic—she answered my email questions in less than an hour, which is way better than the usual wait of hours or even days. That’s really something!
Amy was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond—what a refreshing change from my past experiences, so I’m giving them a solid 5 stars.
Having worked with a few different companies, I can honestly say I’ve never had such a positive shopping experience. I’ll definitely be going with Radmore & Tucker for my future buys.

"Top-notch service and follow-up care"
I went to pick up a chainsaw and some PPE at the store and got fantastic advice from the sales team, leaving with some solid gear. After my first use, the chainsaw needed a bit of tuning, and John connected me with a former staff member who lives nearby. He sorted it out super fast on a Saturday morning.
I was really impressed with how John communicated over the phone and Amy via email, who even replied before 8 in the morning.
I’d totally recommend Radmore and Tucker to anyone, especially folks in the Southwest.
